Worship & Drama Pastor

 

Pastor Jebby joined our church staff as our Pastor of Worship & Drama in the fall of 2006.  Pastor Jebby brings a rich background in both leading worship and writing and directing drama. 

 

At the age of 17, Pastor Jebby composed his first rock opera, Hour of the Lord. Since then he has written several original musical dramas. One of these,  Picture of Jesus,  a favorite at Bear Creek Church, is featured at Easter time.  He often writes original plays at Christmas  as well, and for other special occasions.

 

Pastor Jebby is also a worship song writer and a number of CDs of his worship songs and works have been released.  In addition, his creative talents allow him to come up with catchy  jingles whenever the needs arise. A favorite is his Bear Creek Water Jingle.

 

Pastor Jebby has over twenty years of worship leading experience. He is not only is a vocalist and guitarist,  but  also plays keyboards, bass, harmonica, mandolin and banjo.  He has traveled to England, Italy, El Salvador and Mexico serving the Lord with his music.  In addition to serving as a Worship Pastor, Pastor Jebby also leads the Christian Band, 21B and plays at venues throughout California.  21B released their first CD in July 2014.

 

He is married to Ronda who serves alongside him in the BCCC  Drama Ministry and is a part of the BC Prayer Team.  They have two young adult sons, Jeffrey and Graeme.  Jeffrey assists with videography projects for BC and Graeme plays bass and guitar on the Worship Team.
