From a Junior High School…

 

Bear Creek Community Church began as a dream of Pastor Bill & Dotti Cummins. The dream was to start a new church in North Stockton for people who are ‘turned off to religion but not to God.’  After a year of prayer and a deep sense of God’s call we launched our church at Delta Sierra Middle School on April 9, 1989.

 

…to a High School

 

In 1992 the dream expanded as we moved to Bear Creek High School.

 

…to a Tent

 

God provided 10 acres of prime real estate between Lodi and Stockton. And on February 14, 1999, we experienced the excitement of holding our first service in the ‘Tent’.

 

…to our Worship Center

 

On February 25, 2007, we held our first service in our new 20,000 sq. ft. Worship Center designed to help us touch the lives of more men, women, children and young people throughout our community with the love of Christ.

Locally and around the world as we connect more people to Jesus and each other.
